Mixed seafood starter

Very seldom eat like this at home, but this was a special starter for some very, very close friends who joined us for lunch. For me, serving special food like this is just one of the ways of showing people how much you love them.

@Philippe Fraser: Hi Phillippe - unusual for someone to comment on a photo posted so long ago! Anyway, the trio consisted of smoked salmon and cream cheese topped with red fish roe, half a baby crayfish tail with avocado pear and thousand island dressing, and two prawns served with a spicy mango salsa. And it was delicious! Thank you for the visit.
