Trapeze artists

This is a shot of three mousebirds who had been pecking away at a piece of apple that had been fixed to the feeder. The last little piece had just fallen to the ground and they looked quite bewildered as to what had happened to their food. Anyway, they looked a bit like trapeze artists, and it reminded me of Veronique's post of the tightrope walker late last month. The circus is in town!
