Green power

Posted by dobbino (Cape Town, South Africa) on 13 July 2009 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

When I saw this scene, I thought it would make quite an interesting image, especially with everything that is going on in Iran at the moment. I am not informed nor knowledgeable enough to make a value judgement about what is going on there, but green has become the symbol of the values of freedom of expression and freedom of speech - and this is posted in support of those values - in every part of this world of ours.

Jacqui and I leave early Tuesday morning for a short break up country, and, all things being equal, will be back late on Friday. Planning is quite hectic at the moment, but I am hoping to find some time tomorrow (Monday) to post some archive images for the remaining days of this week.

So will see you all next week. Take care.

All comments, and especially constructive criticism is truly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time.
