Too close for comfort

Taken from our balcony at the flat. Jacqui alerted me to the fact that this guy was very close, but by the time I had fitted the zoom lens, he was already moving away. Anyway, it was quite gusty and windy on the day, and I thought he was dangerously and recklessly close to the folk on the beach. The guy at the bottom was watching him very closely indeed.
