When the light comes shining through

This is very similar to an image I posted way back when, except taken from a slightly different spot on the road, and a few minutes later when the sun had broken through the mist and cloud.

A really GOOD classical photo Rob. I've always been fascinated by the play of sun through trees and you have captured the moment superbly. The mist adds additional moodiness to the overall composition and the finishing touch is the unseen bend in the distance as the road moves away to.........? I really like this one. Excellent!
