The times they are a-changin'

Actually, they're not really - back to the colour tomorrow. But I have enjoyed playing with the B&W and will use it again when it's appropriate. My thanks to all who took the trouble to comment on yesterday's photo. Some of the suggestions apply to some of my colour posts as well, so thank you all.
Today's shot was taken on a cold, wet, and windy Sunday while my wife and I were out for a short drive. The tree and windmill caught my eye from quite a distance away, and they looked even better when we got closer. So here is the shot - it was raining at the time and it was the first time my 40D felt rain drops!
Title inspired by the master of musical storytelling, Bob Dylan.

All comments, and especially constructive criticism is truly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time.
