Num, num!

This is a very simple (though a touch expensive) starter for special occasions. It's smoked salmon, enoki mushrooms marinated in extra virgin olive oil and white balsamic vinegar, and of course, some fresh parsley from the herb garden. It is taken from a local publication and I'm not sure whether the recipe can be published, but if you would like it, please email me and I will forward it on. Takes about 10 minutes to prepare and assemble, after 30 minutes marinating time, and I can tell you it's superb! The sparkling wine is there just because we like it!
