We are having a bit of a time of it here in good old South Africa, with power outages a thing we will have to live with for the next few years, due to some really bad planning on the part of our government and Escom, the national electricity supply establishment. However, it does give one the chance to experience again the magic of candlelight.

Your comments are most welcome, especially the ones with constructive criticism. I love this hobby, but know that I have so much still to learn. If you can help with any suggestions that would improve anything about the images, I would be most grateful. Thank you.
The power cut has at least given you this cozy looking picture

Nice shot, Rob! I suppose all you can do is make the best of it ... and shoot it!

A rather weird but wonderful shot, Rob, I love it! Should we be looking forward to more "Blackout Creations?" Keep up the good work!
